The CUIN code is a mandatory identification number for all IAS-IEAB candidates. Regardless of the specific type of IAS-IEAB examination being taken, candidates are required to provide their CUIN code at the time of registration. Accordingly, all candidates must obtain a CUIN code by following the official registration procedures outlined below.
What is the CUIN Code?
The CUIN code is a unique identifier that all IAS-IEAB candidates must register for as part of the application process.
Login Credentials for CUIN Code Retrieval
You will need the email address provided in Step 1 and the password set in the "Security Information" section.
These credentials will be required to query your CUIN code in Step 2.
Processing Time
IAS-IEAB will process your submitted data and generate your CUIN code within 3 working days.
You must wait 3 working days before proceeding to Step 2 to retrieve your CUIN code.
Important Restrictions
Each candidate may register for a CUIN code only once.
Duplicate submissions will trigger the system’s verification mechanism, resulting in the deletion of subsequent entries—only the first submission will be retained.

To safeguard candidates' rights, privacy, and security, IAS-IEAB will:
Automatically remove CUIN code data from the query system after 3 working days
(Note: This deletion only affects the query system – your CUIN code remains valid for official use)
